CSIR NET Exam Application Form
The UGC NET 2024 June exam application form will be available online in May. Applicants must fill in the correct details and upload scanned documents. Students must read the NET examination pattern, education qualification, application fee, registration process and age criteria.
CSIR NET 2024 Education Qualification
Candidates must check the NET exam education qualification details given in the official notification PDF and given below before registering for the online application on the official website.
- BSc (Hons) or equivalent bachelor degree students minimum 55% marks for General and OBC and ST/Sc/PWD category candidate minimum 50% of marks.
- Master’s degree (post-graduation) or equivalent qualification in relevant subject with at least 55% of marks for general and OBC category candidates and 50% for ST/SC/PWD candidates.
- Candidates already enrolled in the Btech/BE/BPharma/MBBS/MSc also apply for the UGC NET exam 2024.
- Aspirants with only a degree are eligible to apply for a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) but not a Lectureship
- (LS)/Assistant Professor.
CSIR NET Exam 2024 Age Limit
- The age limit for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) is a Maximum of 28 years and age relaxation is OBC candidates get up to 3 years and SC/ST/PWD applicants get up to 5 years.
- There is no age limit for Assistant Professor and Lectureship (LS).
